The state of California does not allow a liquor license without a“brick and mortar“ establishment. So, unfortunately, we cannot provide the alcohol. Our goal is to custom create your perfect drink menu and then ensure that you are only buying the type and amount of alcohol needed for each individual event. From there you can either choose your own vendor/ store. We work hard to keep the process as easy and as seamless as possible!n text goes here

What do you provide?
Other than our smiles, we also bring bartending tables along with all bartending tools, a canopy (if needed) and custom bar menu (if needed) at an additional cost. All alcohol and mixers are to be purchased by the client.

We are centrally located in Sacramento, CA but we love to travel! Travel within 30 miles of Sacramento carries no additional charge. Outside of this area a travel fee will be added to quotes.

We require a $100 deposit to lock in the date. Deposit is returnable within 14 days of booking.

The sooner, the better! Large events and weddings are typically scheduled at least six months in advance. The busiest seasons are from March to May and September to December, so weekends during these periods fill up quickly.

We carry $2,000,000 worth of liquor liability and general liability insurance to cover our services and can add your venue to our "additional Insured" list. RBC is certified via Licensee Education on Alcohol and Drugs (LEAD) and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS). We do not have a liquor license since we do not sell alcohol.
